摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是Zn^(2+)家族依赖性蛋白酶,能够裂解所有细胞外基质(ECM)。ECM的降解参与喉癌的侵袭和转移,因此MMP-2在喉癌局部血管生成,侵袭转移等过程中可能发挥重要作用。Matrix metalloproteinases（ MMPs） is a family of Zn2 ＋dependent protease,it is able to crack all the extracellular matrix（ ECM）. The degradation of ECM takes part in invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer,therefore MMP-2 may play an important role in local angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis.
