摘 要:为研究岩虫Marphysa sanguinea在不同温度(16、20、24℃)下摄食孔石莼Ulva pertusa的碳收支,对3种规格(S组为1.2 g±0.1 g,M组为4.0 g±0.3 g,L组为8.5 g±1.1 g)岩虫的碳收支吸收和利用进行了测定。结果表明:温度和体质量对岩虫摄食碳有显著性影响(P<0.05),碳摄食率在温度为20℃时达到最高;同一温度下,岩虫摄食率随体质量增加而显著减少(P<0.05),可用关系式COC=a Wb来表示,b值范围为-0.47^-0.89;岩虫对碳的吸收率整体达到了50.2%~76.9%,以温度20℃时最高,显示了岩虫对孔石莼有较高的吸收率;各温度下,随体质量的增加岩虫最小碳需求量减少,S组与M、L组有显著性差异(P<0.05);在温度为16~24℃时,由呼吸和排泄消耗的碳占摄食碳的比例最大,为47.3%~64.9%;生长累积的碳占摄食碳的比例在20℃时最高,范围为19.1%~44.1%。研究表明,岩虫在20℃时有较高的碳摄食率和碳积累率,可以为岩虫的规模化养殖提供理论依据。The carbon budget of rock worm Marphysa sanguinea with body weight of( 1.2±0.1) g( group S),( 4.0±0.3) g( group M),and( 8.5±1.1) g( group L) fed sea lettuce Ulva pertusa was determined at various water temperatures( 16,20,and 24 ℃) to study effects of temperature and body weight on carbon budget of M.sanguinea. The results showed that carbon consumption was significantly affected by temperature and body weight,with the maximum at 20 ℃. At the same temperature,the food ingestion was shown to be decreased significantly with increasing body weight,expressed as the equation COC= aW^b,where b value ranging from-0.47 to-0.89. The assimilation rate was varied from 50.2% to 76.9%,with the maximum at 20 ℃,indicating that the M. sanguinea has a higher absorption rate of Ulva pertusa. The minimal carbon requirement( MCR) was decreased with increasing body weight,significant difference between groups S,M and L at different temperature. Within 16-24 ℃,the maximal proportion of carbon consumption was found in respiratory carbon,ranging from 47.3% to 64.9%,and the maximal proportion of growth cumulative carbon at 20 ℃,varying from 19.1% to 44.1%. The findings indicate that M.sanguinea has a higher carbon ingestion rate and carbon accumulation rate at 20 ℃,which can provide a theoretical basis for the scale cultivation of M.sanguinea.
