摘  要:采用溶剂萃取法萃取了山茶籽油脱臭馏出物中的维生素E,主要考察了液料比、乙醇浓度、萃取时间、萃取温度、搅拌速度对萃取效果的影响。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到萃取维生素E的最佳条件为液料比为3∶1(L/g)、乙醇浓度90%、搅拌速度80 r/min、萃取温度55℃、搅拌时间40 min,此条件下原料中维生素E的萃取率达到68.2%,为脱臭馏出物中萃取维生素E的工业化提供了基础。The extraction of natural vitamin E from camellia seed oil deodorizer distillate was performed by solvent extraction method. The effect of liquor to material ratio, alcohol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and stirring rate on distribution coeffi cient were examined. By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiments the optimum conditions for vitamin E extraction were obtained as follows: liquor to material ratio of 3 : 1(L/g), alcohol concentration of 90%, stirring rate of 80 r/min, extraction temperature of 55 ℃ and extraction time of 40 min. Under these conditons, the extraction rate of vitamin E was 68.2%, Which provided a basis for the industrialization of extraction vitamin E from deodorizer distillate.
