摘  要:对超临界萃取丝瓜籽油的工艺进行了研究,探讨了粉碎粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间各因素对油脂得率的影响,并通过正交试验确定了最佳萃取条件,结果表明:选用粉碎粒度为0.45 mm、萃取压力为40 MPa、萃取温度为40℃、萃取时间为120 min,在该优化条件下,丝瓜籽油得率为11.240%。The process of super-critical extraction(SCF) of luffa seeds oil was studied. The effects of particle size, extraction pressure, temperature and extraction time on the yield of oils were discussed. The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: particle size of 0.45 mm, extraction pressure of 40 MPa, extraction temperature of 40 ℃, and extraction time of 120 min. Under these optimized conditions, the yield of loofa seed oil was 11.240%.
