摘　　要：目的探讨喜辽妥、水胶体敷料预防淋巴瘤患者留置PICC致机械性静脉炎的效果及对患者预后质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年4月~2016年12月我院收治的淋巴瘤患者226例,将研究对象分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用水胶体敷料护理,研究组应用喜辽妥护理。比较两组患者的干预效果、静脉炎发生情况以及预后生活质量。结果护理干预后,研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),静脉炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜辽妥敷料预防淋巴瘤患者留置PICC致机械性静脉炎的疗效优于水胶体,可有效降低机械性静脉炎的发生率,减少局部炎性反应,安全可靠、经济实惠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate that effect of hirudoid and hydrocolloid dressing on prevention of mechanical phlebitis cause by PICC indwelling in patients with lymphoma and its influence on prognosis quality. Methods The 226 patients with lymphoma admitted to our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The subjects were divided into the control group and the study group. The patients in control group were treated with hydrocolloid dressing and the study group with cilosthol. The intervention effect, phlebitis occurrence, and prognosis quality of life of patients between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of phlebitis of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life of patients with lymphoma in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of hirudoid on preventing mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC indwelling in lymphoma patients is better than hydrocolloid dressing, and the local inflammatory condition can be reduced. The hirudoid and hydrocolloid dressing are safe, reliable, economical and practical, and are worthy of clinical popularization.
