摘  要:文章以西安为例,从自然生态、经济生态、社会生态和文化生态四个方面构建了生态城市的评价指标体系,并利用理想解法进行测度。结果表明:1991—2015年的测度值都呈现出局部波动、整体上升的趋势,并且自然生态和文化生态的测度值都表现出继续上扬的趋势,而经济生态和社会生态的测度值都表现出收敛的趋势。综合评价的测度值从1991年的0.069增加到2015年的0.835,增长了12倍,并且自然因素影响最大,文化因素的作用开始显现。基于定量分析,探讨了处于遗址片区的城市,在特色生态城市建设中,城市空间布局、城市产业发展和城市环境改善应当努力的方向,从而使遗址的保护和利用成为特色生态城市建设的推动力。This paper takes Xi'an as an example to construct the evaluation index system of eco-city from four aspects including natural ecology, economic ecology, social ecology and culture ecology, and use TOPSIS method to measure them. The results indicate that the measure values of four first grade indices all show the trend of local fluctuation and the whole ascending, and measure values of natural ecology and cultural ecology continues upwards, while measure values of economic ecology and social ecology show the trend of convergence. The measure value of comprehensive evaluation increases from 0.069 in 1991 to 0.835 in 2015, more than 12 times, and natural factors show the greatest impact, and the role of culture factors has been emerged. Based on the quantitative analysis, the paper explores what the city in great sites area should make effort in the aspect of urban spatial layout, urban industrial development and urban environment improvement in the construction of special eco-city, so to make the protection and utilization of the site become the driving force of special eco-city construction.
