摘　　要：目的探讨不同时机介入栓塞治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年2月收治的颅内复杂动脉瘤患者76例为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组38例。A组为发病2 d内行介入栓塞治疗,B组为发病2 d后行介入栓塞治疗,观察两组患者的疗效及神经功能变化。结果 A组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,显著高于B组的78.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的神经功能指标均较治疗前显著改善,且A组治疗后的神经功能指标均显著优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内复杂动脉瘤行早期介入栓塞治疗优于延时介入栓塞治疗,可更有效地改善患者的神经功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of interventional embolization at different timings in the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysm. Methods 76 cases of patients with complex intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. Group A received interventional embolization treatment within 2 d of onset, while group B received interventional embolization treatment after 2 d of onset. The curative effects and changes of neurological function of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment of group A was 94.74%, significantly higher than 78.95% of group B, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had significant improvement in the neurological fimction indicators, and the neurological function indicators of group A were significantly better than those of group B, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Early interventional embolization is superior to delayed interventional embolization in the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysm, which can improve the nerve function of patients more effectively, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
