盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法:选择150例血管性痴呆(Va D)患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同,分为对照组以及观察组,每组75例。对照组行常规缺血性脑卒中治疗方案,以此为基础,观察组使用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。分析结果。结果:干预前,两组患者的MMSE以及ADL分数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组干预后的MMSE以及ADL分数更高(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗有效率为81.33%,观察组为96.00%,和对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:对于血管性痴呆患者,使用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,能全面改善患者脑神经受损,提升认知功能,几乎不会产生外周反应,有着一定临床价值,积极消除不良症状,安全性强,值得推广。Objective to analyze the clinical effect of anlishen on vascular dementia. Method 150 patients with Va D who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group. In the control group,the treatment regimen of conventional ischemic stroke was used as the basis,and the observation group was used for the treatment. Analyze the results. Results Before the intervention,two groups of MMSE and ADL scores in patients with no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group and observation group after the intervention of the MMSE and ADL scores higher（P〈0. 05）. The control group patients treatment effective rate was 81. 33%,the observation group was 96. 00%,compared with control group,the therapeutic effect of observation group patients better（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with vascular dementia,the use of aricept treatment,can improve patients with cranial nerve damage in an all-round way,improve cognitive function,almost won＇t produce peripheral reaction,has a certain clinical value,actively eliminate adverse symptoms,strong security,is worth promoting.
