基于国家标准的某乘用车视野理论分析

摘　　要：为了验证驾驶员位置布置的合理性,避免设计后期修改的不便性,根据国家最新修订的GB11562-2014和GGB11562-2014的驾驶员视野法规,在不借助任何视野模拟软件帮助的前提下,只使用Catia制图软件按照国家法规要求作图分别对驾驶员前、后、内、外视野进行了计算和分析。由此得出的风窗玻璃基准点、A柱障碍角、驾驶员180°视野等条件均满足国家法规的要求。避免了布置人员使用不同分析标准得出的不同结论引起争议的情况,从而使分析和验证的结果更加具有说服力。In the early stage of the design, the general layout of vehicle occupants need to be analyzed for the car models. When the models meet the requirements of strength, it should also meet the requirements of ergonomics including requirements for the driver＇s vision. According to the latest revision of the regulations-- GB-11562-2014 and GB-15084-2013, the driver＇s front, rear, internal and external vision was calculated and analyzed without the aid of any visual simulation software, so as to avoid controversial conclusions drawn from different analytical standards, which verify the rationalityof the general layout.
