摘　　要：我国医学伦理研究发展势头迅猛,得到广泛研究与关注,但其实践领域快速发展同时,存在基础理论弱化的困境与风险,更是缺乏价值融入的视角与讨论,缺少中国式的价值反思与理论建构。文章从生命文化的视角展开研究,试图寻找科学与人文,医学与伦理的融通之道,在解决医学与伦理现实冲突的同时,促进生命文化更好发展。建构起生命文化融入医学伦理的框架与逻辑体系,并从基础融入、制度融入、价值融入和行为融入等层面寻找融入路径,促进医学伦理的稳固健康发展。The development momentum of medical ethics research in our country has been growing rapidly and it has got extensive research and attention. However,while its practice filed develop srapidly,there existdilemmasand risks of the weakening of basic theory,as well as the lack of the perspectives of value integration and discussions,and lack of Chinese way of value reflection and theoretical construction. This paper started the research from the perspective of life culture,tried to find the way for the integration of science and humanity,medicine and ethics,and to promote the better development of life culture,while resolving the conflict between medicine and ethical reality. Then it established framework and logic system for the integration of life culture into medical ethics and found the way of integration in the aspects offoundation,system,value and behavior and so on,promoting the stable and healthy development of medical ethics.
