摘　　要：从中国传统的儒、释、道文化来分析我国人体器官移植中的器官买卖涉及的人的尊严和生命平等、活体器官捐献牵扯的家庭伦理、尸体器官捐献的死亡价值等问题,以求找到有助于破解器官移植困境的思路、方法。From the perspective of traditional Chinese Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,this paper analyzed the human dignity and the life equality involved in organ sales of human organ transplantation in China,the family ethics involved in living organ donation,and the death value of cadaveric organ donation and so on,in order to find out the helpful ways and methods to solve the dilemma of organ transplantation.
