抑郁症患者希望、情绪自我效能感及心理困扰状况的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者希望、情绪自我效能感及心理困扰状况,分析希望、情绪自我效能感与心理困扰的关系,为抑郁症患者的健康教育提供依据。方法采用Herth希望量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表、简易心理困扰状况评定量表对284例抑郁症患者进行调查,利用线性回归分析、结构方程模型探索三者变量间的关系。结果抑郁症患者希望、情绪调节自我效能感、心理困扰状况得分分别为(19.38±3.64)分,(28.15±4.16)分,(35.29±6.28)分。希望和情绪调节自我效能感与心理困扰呈负相关性,希望与情绪自我效能感呈正相关。结构方程模型分析显示,希望与情绪调节自我效能感均对心理困扰有直接显著影响,路径系数分别为0.472、0.468,希望在情绪调节自我效能感与心理困扰之间具有部分中介作用,中介效应为0.262,占总效应的35.9%。结论抑郁症患者希望及情绪自我效能感水平较低,心理困扰程度较重;希望、情绪自我效能感及心理困扰三者之间存在相关性,在抑郁症患者的心理护理中,应重视希望干预在消除心理困扰中的作用。Objective To explore the levels of hope,emotional self-efficacy and psychological distress among patients with depression,and analyze the relationship among hope,emotional self-efficacy and psychological distress,so as to afford basis for health education targetedon the depressed.Methods Two hundred and eighty-four patients with depression were researched with Herth Hope Index（HHI）,Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy（RESE） and the 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale（K10）.Then linear regression and structural equation model were employed to explore the relations among the three variables.Results The total score of HHI,RESE and K10 in 284 patientswith depression were（19.38±3.64）,（28.15±4.16）,（35.29±6.28） respectively.Hope and emotional self-efficacy showed a negative correlationwith psychological distress,while hope showed a positive correlation with emotional self-efficacy.Structural equation model analysis showed thathope and emotional self-efficacy had directly positive effects on psychological distress,and the path coefficients were respectively 0.472、0.468.Hope had partly media or effect between emotional self-efficacy and psychological distress,and the mediating effects was 0.262,which accountedfor 35.9% of the total effect.Conclusion Patients with depression have much lower level of hope and emotional self-efficacy,and more seriously psychological distress.There are correlations among hope,emotional self-efficacy and psychological distress.In psychological nursing of the patients with depression,it should attach importance to the role of hope intervention in the elimination of psychological distress.
