感染科护理人员工作压力源及应对方式与焦虑的关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查感染科护理人员焦虑现状,探讨护理人员工作压力源、应对方式与焦虑的关系。方法采用焦虑自评量表、护士工作压力源量表和特质应对方式自评量表对4所三级甲等医院150名感染科护理人员进行问卷调查。结果感染科护理人员有焦虑倾向者占38.00%,焦虑得分显著高于常模(P<0.01);护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源、管理及人际关系方面工作压力源和消极应对方式均与焦虑有明显正相关关系(P<0.01或P<0.05),积极应对与焦虑评分存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论感染科护理人员焦虑发生率较高,护理管理者应尽力控制护士工作压力源和改变其应对方式,减轻其心理压力,促进和提高护理人员的身心健康。Objective To investigate the relationship among stressor,coping style and anxiety situation of infectious disease nursing.Method Totally,150 nurses from infectious diseases department in 4 tertiary hospitals were selected to investigate through Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Nurse Job Stressor Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results Anxiety trend of nurses who working in infectious diseases department was 38.00%,anxiety score was significantly higher than the norm （P〈0.01）.There were significant positive correlations betweennursing profession and work,workload and time management,working environment and resources,management and interpersonal relationships,negative coping style and anxiety （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.There were significant negative correlation between positive coping style and anxietyscores （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence rate of anxiety was higher among nurses in department of infectious diseases,nursing managersshould try best to control the stressors of nurses and change their coping strategies,reduce their psychological pressure,promote and improvethe physical and mental health of nursing staff.
