摘 要:深圳市红棉路市政隧道埋深浅、跨度大、下穿高速公路距离长,且高速车流量非常大,隧道施工风险高。为了有效控制高速公路地表变形,防止由于高速公路地表沉降过大而造成高速公路交通事故,提出"水平导向"和"潜孔锤"跟管钻进相结合的超长管棚施工方法,成功解决管棚钻进过程中遇到孤石的难题,并准确地控制隧道超长管棚的施工精度,保证管棚超前预支护的质量。通过采取一系列隧道变形控制技术,如优化隧道施工工法、掌子面加固、拱脚加固以及加强施工管理等,成功控制高速公路地表沉降,保证红棉路市政隧道快速、安全地穿越机荷高速公路,也为类似下穿高速公路隧道施工提供参考。Because of shallow buried depth, large cross-section, weak surrounding rock, the long distance beneath Jihe expressway, busy traffic, and so on, the construction risk of Hongmian road tunnel beneath expressway in Shenzhen is great. In order to effectively control the surface deformation, and to prevent traffic accidents caused by large surface subsidence, a combined drilling technique of long pipe roof was proposed which combined horizontal directional drilling and DTH hammer drilling with casing. The problem encountered with solitary stone was successfully solved in the construction of pipe roof. Meanwhile, the accuracy of long pipe roof was also controlled, greatly guaranteeing the quality of the shed-pipe advanced support. In addition, by using a series of deformation control technology, such as optimization of tunnel construction method, surrounding rock reinforcement on tunnel face, arch feet reinforcement and strengthening construction management, etc. The highway surface settlement was successfully controlled, making Hongmian road tunnel crosses Jihe expressway safely and quickly, which can provide valuable construction experience for similar tunnels under-crossing expressway.
