摘 要:在分析墨尔本大学全面推行"墨尔本模式"所取得的良好人才培养效果因素的基础上,以该校机械设计课理论、实践、研讨三个教学环节的具体做法为例,剖析了"墨尔本模式"指导教学九原则、大类培养、跨学科知识融合等在人才培养中的实施方法,提出着力培养学生Engineering大工程理念、构建详实丰满的课程教学体系、打造无学科界限的国际一流师资队伍的整体统筹改革思路,为探索推动我国工科人才培养新模式提供了新思路。This thesis analyzes the main factors of the good training effects achieved by University of Melbourne on the full im-plementation process of the “Melbourne Model ”within its mechanical design course, taking the specific practices of the schools mechanical design course theory, practice, and seminars as examples. It proposes that emphasizing talent training goals with nine instrustional principles and broader engineering perspectives, strengthening curriculum integration among inter-disciplinary knowledge, constructing world - class professional teaching group, which is an overall reform strategy to realize in-novative and effective engineering talent education mode. It also provides new ideas for exploring new ways to promote the training of engineering talents in China.
