不同印模材料于前牙美学修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的比较两种不同印模材料在前牙美学修复模型制取中的效果。方法选择2017年1月至12月于合肥市口腔医院修复科就诊需行前牙美学修复的患者100例,随机分为实验组、对照组,每组50例。实验组采用聚醚橡胶制取印模,对照组采用硅橡胶制取印模,对比两组临床效果。结果采用聚醚橡胶制取印模比硅橡胶制取印模的质量更高,两组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在前牙美学修复中,应用聚醚橡胶印模材料制取的模型比硅橡胶印模制取的模型精确度更高、预备体边缘完整度更好,具有显著的临床价值。Objective To compare the effects of two different impression materials on the anterior teeth aesthetic restoration. Methods 100 patients in the rehabilitation department of Hefei stomatology hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group used polyether rubber to make the impression, while the control group used silicone rubber to compar the clinical effects of the two groups. Results Polyether rubber had higher quality of dental impression than silicone rubber, and there was a signifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, the model made of polyether rubber impression material is more accurate than that of silicone rubber, and the integrity of the preparation edge is better. It has signifcant clinical value.
