SANIS3镍钛根管锉与不锈钢K锉在根管治疗术中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析SANI S3机用镍钛根管锉在根管治疗中的临床应用价值。方法磨牙牙髓病和根尖周病患者80例,120颗牙共406个根管,随机平分为两组,其中A组行SANI S3机用镍钛根管锉行根管预备;B组行手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备。评估两组患者治疗后的疼痛情况、根管预备效果及根管填充情况。结果患者根管治疗诊间痛比较,A组疼痛率低于B组;患者根管填充效果比较,A组治疗后根充成功率高于B组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的根管预备时间少于B组,根管预备效果优于B组;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S3镍钛根管锉系统进行根管预备,可以有效缩短操作时间及降低患者诊间痛;与手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备比较,根管成型效果更好,充填更加容易,适合临床医师选择应用。Objective To study the clinical application value of SANI S3 nickel titanium root canal in root canal therapy.Methods 80 patients with odontoprisis dental pulp disease and periapical disease（ 120 teeth and 406 root canals） were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B. Group A were treated with SANI S3 machine nickel-titanium rotary file for root canal preparation while group B were treated with hand stainless steel K file. The pain,root canal preparation and root canal filling of the two groups were evaluated. Results In terms of in-treatment pain in root canal,the pain rate of group A was lower than that of group B（ P〈0.05）. In terms of root canal filling effect,the root filling success rate of group A was higher than of group B（ P〈0.05）. The root canal preparation time of patients from group A was less than that of group B（ P〈0.05）. The root canal preparation effect was better than that of group B（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions S3 machine nickel-titanium rotary file can effectively shorten operation time of root canal preparation and reduce patients＇ in-treatment pain. In root canal preparation,it can engender better molding and easier filling than hand stainless steel kfile and thus become a more desirable technology for clinical application.
