摘　　要：和谐社会衡量的标准是历史尺度与价值尺度的统一。资本具有两面性:既有其文明的一面,又有其野蛮的一面。资本对于构建和谐社会既有贡献,但又有作用限度。所以,必须采取措施发展它而又节制它,从而构建和谐社会。The measure of a harmonious society lies in the unification of the historical scale and the value scale. Capital has two sides. It has both its civilization and its barbaric side. Capital also has both contributions and limits to the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,it is important to develop it and at the same time moderate it so as to construct a harmonious society.
