摘　　要：本文介绍了生物化学实验在线课程设计的指导思想和方案,并就其初步实践的效果进行总结。表明该方案对提高学生学习积极性和综合素质、促进课程教学改革、提高教学质量有积极作用。The guiding ideology and scheme of the online coursedesign of biochemistry experiment were introduced in detail. Andthe effect of its preliminary practice was summarized. The schemehad positive effects on improving the learning enthusiasm andcomprehensive quality of students, accelerating of transformationof teaching methods of the course, and improving the quality ofteaching and learning.
