摘　　要：基于Java和SQL技术设计了一种高校教学质量信息管理平台,该平台可对学生、教师、管理员三种系统用户信息进行管理,为学生评价教师的教学质量提供便利,同时有助于教师及时与学生互动和查看评价结果。调试运行结果表明该平台能够满足高校教学质量信息管理的要求,对构建合理的高校教学质量保障体系有重要作用。College teaching quality information management platform is designed based on Java and SQL, and the information of students, teachers and system administrator can be managed in the platform. It is convenience to evaluating the teacher＇s teaching quality for students, and is helpful in improving the teaching quality for teachers. The result of the debugging indicates that the platform can meet the demand of college teaching quality information management, and it is important in constructing the teaching quality guarantee system in colleges.
