摘　　要：针对钢板在轧制过程中的展宽道次需要通过操作人员手动干预,从而影响轧制节奏和自动化水平这一问题,提出了一种自动物料跟踪定位和基于图像识别技术的全自动转钢技术。该技术的应用减少了人工干预,对加速钢板轧制节奏和提高轧钢厂的自动化水平起到重要的作用。Manually intervention is necessary in the rolling process of the steel plate. This paper presents an automatic steel-turning technology based on automatic material tracking and image recognition technology, which reduces the action of manual intervention and plays an important role in the rolling process and improving the automation level of rolling mill.
