摘 要:固井施工工艺具有复杂性、高成本、规模大、高危险性的问题,构建了固井仿真实训平台。该平台可进行固井基础知识教学、固井设备操作讲解、固井工艺演示、操作及考核,能够利用数字虚拟技术提供传统实训教学无法提供的实训学习环境,可提高学生的固井实践能力。该仿真实训平台的构建,使固井现场实习室内化,在补充课堂知识的同时,提高了学生的工程实践能力,利于实现培养高素质、高技能应用型人才的目标。To solve the problems of the complexity, high cost, large scale and high risk of cementing construction technology, a simulation training platform for cementing has been developed. The function of this platform are the basic knowledge teaching of cementing, cementing equipment operation explanation, cementing process demonstration , operation and assessment. Using digital virtual technology, the simulation platform can provide the practical learning environment which can not be provided by traditional training teaching method. The simulation platform can improve students’ cementing practice ability. The simulation training platform was built to make the cementation practice site internalize. The advantage of this platform is that it can improve the engineering practice ability of local undergraduate college students while supplementing the professional knowledge. The establishment of this platform is conducive to realizing the goal of training high-quality and highly skilled application-oriented talents.
