摘　　要：目的考察玉泉丸口腔速崩片最佳处方工艺。方法通过冷冻干燥法制备玉泉丸口崩片,在单因素实验后用正交试验考察质量稳定的最佳处方。结果比例为明胶占20%、低取代羟丙基纤维素占2%、甘露醇占30%、柠檬酸占2%。结论按获得的最佳处方制备的玉泉丸口崩片在口腔内能迅速崩解、口感和外观均良好患者顺应性高。Objective To investigate the best prescription and preparation process of Yuquan pills.Methods Preparation of Yuquan pill orally disintegrating tablets by freeze drying method.After the single factor experiment,Orthogonal test showed that the proportion of the best prescription for quality stability Results which was 20% of gelatin,2% of low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose,30% of mannitol,and 2% of citric acid.Conclusion According to the best prescription,Yuquan pill can rapidly disintegrate in the oral cavity,and has good taste and appearance,and the patient has high compliance.
