快速成型技术在模具专业中的应用分析

摘　　要：《工业产品设计与快速原型》是高职机械类模具专业的一门专业选修课。它是研究工业设计造型及快速成型打印的一门课程。本课程为培养学生掌工业设计能力基础,以及掌握快速成型机的操作方法学会模型的打印方法,能够快速、准确有效的、直观地传递三维实体模型。本文对工业产品设计与快速原型课程的开展、课程内容建设内容在模具专业中的应用进行了探讨和研究,意在着实有效的构建该课程的框架,安排教学内容,对整个课程体系的建立进行有效的验证,通过OBE理念来确定学生需要学什么。《Industrial product design and rapid prototype》is a professional elective course of mechanical mold major in higher vocational colleges. It is a course of research on industrial design modeling and rapid prototyping printing. This course is to train the students＇ ability foundation of industrial design, and to master the printing method of the model of the operation method of the rapid prototyping machine, which can transfer the 3d solid model quickly and accurately. This paper discusses the application of industrial product design and rapid prototyping course, the application of the course content construction in mold specialty, which is intended to construct the framework of the course, arrange the teaching content, verify the establishment of the whole curriculum system, and determine what students need to learn through the OBE concept.
