摘　　要：当下,科技创新全面融入经济社会发展.以安徽省合肥市高新区某电子科技企业为例,阐述科技创新对小微企业生存发展的重要性,并提出要通过提高小微企业源头创新能力,加快科技成果转化,提升创新产出绩效;通过加强创新合作,利用科技政策扶持,营造良好创新环境,促进安徽省小微企业又好又快发展等建议.At present, the scientific and technological innovation is fully integrated into the economic and social development. This paper, taking an electronic technology enterprise of Hefei hi tech zone in Anhui Province as an example, expounds the importance of scientific and technological innovation to the survival and development of small and micro enterprises. Several suggestions are put forward ： Improve the innovation ability of the source of small and micro enterprises, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements so as to improve the performance of innovation output; strengthen innovation cooperation, make use of scientific and technological policy support, and create a good innovation environment to promote the good and rapid development of small and micro enterprises in Anhui Province.
