摘 要:物流业是能源消费和碳排放的重要行业,研究物流业的能源效率问题对节能减排具有重要意义。基于DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数模型,利用2007—2016年我国30个省(市、自治区)投入和产出的面板数据,对物流业全要素能源效率的静态变动、动态变动、省域差异及区域变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明:我国物流业整体的静态全要素能源效率水平并不高,东部区域的能源效率平均值表现较好,并向中部和西部逐渐递减;我国省域物流业的动态全要素能源效率的良好表现归功于技术进步,技术效率的下降具有一定的阻碍作用,从技术效率的进一步分解结果可知纯技术效率才是引发技术效率下降的主要原因。根据上述研究结果,提出了四方面的对策建议。Logistics industry was an important industry of energy consumption and carbon emissions,studying on the efficiency of energy in logistics industry was of great significance to energy saving and emission reduction. Using China’s 30 provinces( municipalities and autonomous regions) panel data of input and output from 2007 to 2016,static changes,dynamic changes,provincial differences and regional variation of the total factor energy efficiency in logistics industry were analyzed based on the DEA-BCC model and the DEA-Malmquist index model. The results showed that the level of static total factor energy efficiency of the logistics industry was not high enough. Regionally speaking,the eastern region performed better than the middle and the west. Good performance of dynamic total factor energy efficiency was due to the technological progress. On the contrary,the decline in technical efficiency impeded its development. By dividing the technical efficiency into two parts,pure technical efficiency proved to be the main reason why the technical efficiency declined. From the above findings,this paper put forward four suggestions for reference.
