摘　　要：目的探讨护士对临床报警的认知,发现报警管理有关的问题,为医院制定报警管理策略提供依据。方法 2017年2-3月,采用目的抽样法选取长沙市某三级甲等医院6个重症监护病区(intensive care unit,ICU)的护士为研究对象。运用现象学研究方法,对18名ICU护士进行深入访谈。采用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法对资料进行分析,并提炼主题。结果经过对比分析,共提炼出6个主题:临床报警非常重要;临床报警的作用具有两面性;报警有关知识不足;存在与报警有关的危险行为;报警应答的胜任力不足;缺乏报警管理有关的制度与规范。结论重症监护护士重视临床报警,但需提高护士的胜任力,改善护士的报警行为,建立和实施报警管理规范,保障患者的安全。Objective To investigate nurses＇ cognition on of clinical alarms and found problems related to clinical alarm management,in order to provide the basis for the development of alarm management strategy in hospital.Methods By using purposive sampling method,18 intensive care unit（ICU）nurses were selected and interviewed individually.Data was analyzed by Golaizzi method,and themes were extracted.Results Six themes were extracted：clinical alarm is very important,the role of clinical alarm has two sides,insufficient of alarm Nurses have insufficient alarm-related knowledge,there were Nurses have dangerous behaviors related to clinical alarm,Nurses have little competency for insufficient capacity for alarm response,There is a lack of rules and regulations related to theof alarm management.ConclusionCritical care nurses should take clinical alarms seriously,but and it is necessary to improve nurses＇ competency for clinical alarm,improve and clinical alarm response behavior,establish and implement the alarm management regulations and ensure patients＇ safety.
