摘 要:在众多影响企业核心竞争力的因素中,人才因素起到关键性的作用。企业要发展,要提高,必须依靠人才战略;企业要实现现代化,也必须先实现人的现代化。在企业中掌控一切的是人,人才是企业的灵魂,是企业发展的根本。建筑企业只有通过创新引才机制、创新培养机制、创新选拔机制、创新管理机制,不断加强人才储备,才能不断提升企业的核心竞争力,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文以扬州市建筑企业为例,分析了目前大多数建筑企业人才分布情况,并提出了相应的人才储备和能力提升的途径。Among the factors that affect the core-competitiveness of enterprises,talent person is the key role of the talent factor. In order to develop and improve,the enterprise must rely on the talent strategy; in order to modernize the enterprise,the modernization of the enterprise must be realized first. People who control everything in the enterprise are human beings,talent is the soul of the enterprise and the fundamental of the development of the enterprise. The construction enterprise only through innovation introduction mechanism,training mechanism,selection mechanism,innovation management mechanism innovation,strengthen talent reserves,in order to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in an invincible position in market competition. This paper takes the construction enterprise of Yangzhou as an example,the distribution of talents in most construction enterprises is analyzed,and the ways to improve the talent reserve and ability are put forward.
