摘 要:首先阐述定量泵负荷传感系统的基本原理,以两负载为例介绍其回路组成,分析回路中各元件的作用。并以旁通式压力补偿阀流量控制回路为研究对象,绘制流量控制阀的简化物理模型,建立两串联阻尼孔和流量控制阀的动态数学模型,通过MATLAB分析串联阻尼孔的阻尼特性以及本身结构参数对控制油路压力变化的影响,并将阻尼孔长度与直径对油路压力的影响进行比较,最后针对阻尼孔防止油路压力振荡的特性进行仿真分析,为阻尼孔的参数控制提供设计依据。Firstly,the basic principle of the quantitative pump load sensing system is described. The circuit is composed of two load cases,and the function of each component in the circuit is analyzed. Then taken the bypass pressure compensation valve flow control loop as the study object,the flow control valve of the simplified physical model was drawn,the two series dynamic mathematical model of damping hole and flow control valve were established,through the MATLAB,the damping characteristics of series damping hole and structure parameters of influence on control oil pressure change were analyzed,and the effect of damping hole length and diameter on oil pressure was compared. Finally damping hole to prevent oil pressure oscillation characteristics is simulated with analysis,providing the theoretical design basis for control parameters of orifice.
