摘  要:肿瘤周围脂肪组织可通过激素、脂肪因子及脂肪酸等生物活性分子与肿瘤细胞产生复杂"对话",并在肿瘤增殖、侵袭及转移等恶性事件中扮演重要角色。伴随肿瘤发展演化,肿瘤周围脂肪组织在原有结构及功能基础上,发生了丰富而复杂的变化。本文新提出"肿瘤相关脂肪微环境"的概念,并对肿瘤相关脂肪微环境的构成、特点及成因进行分析,进一步探讨其在不同肿瘤恶性进程中的可能作用,以期为靶向肿瘤相关脂肪微环境抗肿瘤药物的开发及临床应用提供理论支持。The peritumoral adipose tissue makes an intricate crosstalk with tumor cells and also plays a key role in tumor proliferation, invasion and metastasis because it provides hormones, adipokines and fatty acids to tumor cells. With the development and progression of the tumor, the peritumoral adipose tissue exhibits abundant and intricate changes on the basis of original construction and function. In this review, by newly defining the tumor-associated adipose tissue microenvironment, we summarized the structure, characters and the possible inducements of the tumor-associated adipose tissue microenvironment. Based on the analysis above, we further discussed the potential roles of the tumor-associated adipose tissue microenvironment in the progression of different tumor types, to provide theoretical support for the development of new drugs targeting the peritumoral adipose tissue microenvironment and clinical application of these potential agents.
