摘  要:参考径向轴承动润滑理论,分别使用短轴承理论和差分法求解雷诺方程,对轴系式配油器浮环密封的密封性能进行计算分析,并将计算结果与试验数据、经验公式、CFD仿真结果进行比较,发现差分法的优势。利用差分法分析密封间隙、密封长度和油液黏度3个主要因素对密封性能的影响,为配油器密封环的工程设计提供参考。Consulting the theory of bearing lubrication,using short bearing theory and computing Reynolds' equation by finite difference method,the performance of floating ring seals in shafting oil distributor is calculated and analyzed.Comparing with the calculating results,the test data,empirical formula and CFD emulation result,the advantage of the finite difference method is found.The finite difference method is used to analyze how the main factors like clearance and length of the seals,viscosity of the oil influence the performance of floating ring seals.The results of analysis provide reference for the engineering design of floating ring seals.
