大学生后备军官的社会支持对其旺盛力的作用机制:军民合育视角的实证研究

摘　　要：军民合育后备军官(亦称国防生)的旺盛力,是其在大学期间同时体验到学习力和活力的一种积极心理状态,是军民融合高等教育质量建设的一项重要指标。以全国882名在校国防生为被试,考察了社会支持对旺盛力的作用机理,集中探讨了心理资本的中介效应及报考内部动机的调节效应。研究发现:(1)社会支持对国防生旺盛力具有正向预测作用;(2)国防生心理资本对社会支持与旺盛力之间起到部分中介作用;(3)心理资本的中介作用会受到报考内部动机的调节,即当国防生报考内部动机低时,心理资本的中介作用被强化,反之则被弱化。最后讨论了本研究结果对军民合育军事人才的理论意义和应用价值。The vigorous ability of reserve officers（ also known as national defense students） in military and civilian education is a positive psychological state in which they simultaneously experience learning ability and vitality during their college years. It is an important index for the quality construction of military-civilian integration higher education. Taking 882 national defense students as subjects,we investigated the mechanism of social support acting on exuberance. This paper focuses on the mediating effect of psychological capital and the regulating effect of internal motivation. The results showed that：（ 1） Social support has a positive predictive effect on national defense students’ exuberance.（ 2） The psychological capital of national defense students has a positive predictive effect between social support and exuberance.（ 3） The intermediary role of psychological capital will be affected. When the internal motivation of national defense students is low,the intermediary function of psychological capital is strengthened,otherwise it is weakened. Finally,the theoretical significance and application value of this study for military and civilian military personnel are discussed.
