摘　　要："一带一路"倡议背景下专业技能人才培育焦点应由内容向格局的转换、培育难点由知识点向文化领域转移、教师思维认知由"传授"到"引入"的转变,以及培养机制由单一向多元的转换。未来应放眼国际构建"大职业教育"观,与时俱进坚持变化式发展路径和立足国家创新针对式培育模式。Under the background of＂Belt and Road Initiative＂strategy,the focus of training professional skilled talents should be shifted from the contents to the patterns. The difficulty of training should be changed from knowledge point to culture fields,and teachers’ cognitive thinking should be changed from＂imparting＂to＂introducing＂,and the training mechanism from single to multiple conversion. In the future,we should focus on an international construction of ＂big vocational education＂concept,keeping pace with the times,adhere to the changing development path and based on the national innovation oriented cultivation model.
