摘 要:地方工科院校作为培养制造业人才的主阵地,应承担起培育和传承工匠精神的重任。当前,地方工科院校在工匠精神培育中还存在诸多问题:办学理念忽视了工匠精神的文化性,教学过程忽略了工匠精神的默会性,实习实训忽略了工匠精神的情境性,师生关系忽略了工匠精神的随机性。面向"中国制造2025",提升地方工科院校的工匠精神培育成效,应强化多方联动。政府层要建立有利于工匠精神培育的制度体系,学校层要夯实工匠精神的教育基础,企业层要将工匠精神培育与生产领域相融合,社会层要积极构建有利于弘扬工匠精神的环境和氛围。Local engineering colleges,as the main positions for training manufacturing talents,should undertake the important task of cultivating and inheriting the craftsmanship spirit. At present,there are still many problems in the cultivation of craftsmanship in local engineering colleges. The idea of running school ignores the cultural spirit of craftsmanship spirit. The teaching process ignores the tacit nature of craftsmanship spirit. Practice training ignores the situation of craftsmanship spirit,teacher-student relationship ignores the randomness of craftsmanship. In view of "Made in China 2025"and improving the craftsmanship spirit in local engineering colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the linkage of various aspects. The government should establish an institutional system conducive to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit. The school should consolidate the educational foundation of craftsmanship spirit. At the enterprise level,the spiritual cultivation of craftsmen should be integrated with the production field,and the social layer should actively build an environment and atmosphere conducive to promoting the craftsmanship spirit.
