摘  要:油田企业由于设备类型繁多、数量大、管理规范不足而导致运维管理费用高,管理效率和水平具有较大的提升空间。随着油田信息化建设的全面覆盖,借助快速发展的物联网、云平台、数据挖掘等技术,实现设备从库存、安装、运维、生产跟踪到报废的全生命周期管理成为了发展的必然方向。通过搭建油气生产设备管理平台将油田用户、服务方、油田设备纳入到同一平台协同办公,能够大幅提升设备管理的精细化水平和设备运行寿命。As the oilfield devices on - site are normally vast in types and numbers, insufficient supervision and management may lead to high maintenance cost and poor management efficiency. With the fast pace of informatization construction and the technological innovation such as IoT, cloud and data mining etc., it will become inevitably necessary to establish a life-cycle device management platform. On the platform, we can supervise and control the device from its birth to the installation, operation and maintenance, tracking and obsolescence. By integrating the clients, service providers and their devices on a unified platform, the management level will be greatly refined and the life-span of each device will be largely extended.
