摘 要:采用磁控溅射法在纺织基材表面沉积了Cu薄膜和Cu/CuO复合薄膜。在相同镀膜时间下对单面Cu薄膜和双面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能进行了测试与分析;并对双面Cu薄膜和Cu/CuO复合薄膜屏蔽材料的抗氧化性能进行了对比测试。结果表明:双面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能高于单面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料;将双面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料和Cu/CuO复合薄膜屏蔽材料放置在相同室温环境中120d,双面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料发生了严重的氧化;Cu/CuO复合薄膜屏蔽材料虽然出现部分氧化,但整体性能完好,表现出较好的抗氧化效果。Copper film and Cu/CuO composite film deposited on the surface of textile substrate by magnetron sputtering method.The shielding effectiveness of single and double copper shielding material was tested and analyzed under the same coating time. The comparison of copper film and Cu/CuO composite film was tested with respect to antioxidant property.Results showed that electromagnetic shielding property of double copper film was obvious better than single copper film.Putting the double copper film and Cu/CuO composite film in the same room temperature under 120d,double film was serious oxidative. However,composite film was slight oxidative,the whole property was great, and it had great antioxidant property.
