摘　　要：为推动我国返乡农民工创业能力提升以适应新型城镇化进程的需要,基于问卷调查进行了关于返乡农民工创业能力的广泛统计,分析当前我国返乡农民工创业的专业能力、方法能力、社会能力存在的现实问题及原因,据此提出着眼于"长"、"高"、"远"引导创业培训机制构建,引导返乡农民工参与创业培训机制构建,以及引导多部门参与的互补性创业培训的合作机制构建。In order to promote our country＇s entrepreneurship promotion of migrant workers back home, this paper makes an analysis of the problems and causes existing in the professional ability, the methodological ability, the social ability relating to entrepreneurship of them based on the extensive research with the questionnaire investigation about the entrepreneurial ability. According to this, focused on the ＂specialty＂, ＂height＂ and ＂long-term orientation＂, the government should guide to build the guiding mechanism of participation, and the multi-sectoral participation of complementary entrepreneurship training mechanism.
