双元惯例下动态异质性网络与开放式知识创造:策略选择及路径演化

摘　　要：动态异质性网络下知识的快速流转及有效分配决定着团队创造力与创新张力的实现。揭示双元惯例嵌入下结构权力型和知识互助型2类网络典型特征的基础上,建立其与开放式知识创造行为选择的网络模型。从单一型均衡策略、混合型均衡策略出发,分析双元惯例下知识创造的组织流程、演化模式及优选方法。并以中印一体化药物研发网络和生物新药创制联合平台为例,给出双元组织惯例的衍生规律及发展路径。结果表明,结构权力型网络对知识创造行为的选择多采用模块化、垄断化的单一型均衡策略,知识互助型网络多采用通讯有效性高、群体决策记忆性强的混合型均衡策略,且探索式知识创造行为表现尤为显著。双元组织惯例的嵌入形态及情境化调整可以保证开放式知识网络的可持续运行与扩张,获取异构知识资源的最佳配置与整合。Knowledge rapid circulation and effective assignment under the dynamic heterogeneity network affect the team creativity and innovation tension. It explains the typical characteristics for the two types of structural power and knowledge assistant network embedded by ambidexterity routine, establishes the network model for knowledge creation behavior selection. It also analyses knowledge creation organization process, evaluation mode and optional method from the unitary-type equilibrium and mixed-type equilibrium strategy under ambidexterity rou- tine. The derivation rules and development path for the ambidexterity routine have been brought out from the case of integrational medicine R＆D network of China-India and biological medicine combined platform. The re- search result reveals that structural power network chooses the unitary-type equilibrium strategy with modulariza- tion and monopolization, and knowledge assistant network adopts mixed-type equilibrium strategy with good com- munication and group decision memory. And the exploratory knowledge creation behavior owns the saliency charac- teristic. Embedded form and contextualization adjustment of the ambidexterity organization routine ensures the de- velopment and expansion of open knowledge network, the optimum allocation and integration acquired for open knowledge resource
