摘　　要：当前我国经济已由高速增长转向中高速增长。经济增速放缓的主要原因是潜在增长率本身下降,因此我国的宏观调控措施应由需求侧管理转向以供给侧管理为主,推动供给侧结构性改革,提高经济潜在增长率,增强经济质量优势。At present, China's economy has shifted from high speed growth to medium-highspeed growth. The main reason for the slowdown of economic growth rate is the decline of the poten-tial growth rate itself. Therefore, China's macro-control measures should be shifted from demand-sidemanagement to supply-side management, promote supply-side structural reform, increase the potentialeconomic growth rate, and enhance the economic quality advantage.
