摘　　要：青年自组织是当前高校的重要组成部分,通过调查问卷数据分析,网络舆情视阈下青年自组织的突出问题是群体心理问题,具有集体无意识性、冲动且传染性、多变且暗示性、盲目且从众性、高度领袖崇拜的网络群体心理,直接影响着青年自组织的思维认知和性格养成,构建高校主流媒体引导、青年自组织"微环境"营造、网络舆情路径选择、青年学生自我调控的四维度群体心理管理模式,对高校青年自组织在复杂纷繁的网络舆情视阈下健康成长具有深远意义。Youth self-organization is an important part in colleges currently. Through questionnaire, the prominent problem under the view of public opinion from Internet is a group psychological problem.It is with group unconsciousness,impulsiveness and infectiveness,variability and suggestibility,blindness and conformity.Leadership and worship directly influence the mind cognition and the character development of the youth self-organization. To build up a four-dimensional mode of group psychological management,guidance by mainstream media in colleges,construction of a ＂micro environment＂ in youth self- organization,route selection of public opinion from Internet,self-regulation of young students, is of profound significance for the healthy of young self-organization under the complex and complicated public opinion from Internet.
