摘　　要：目的探索原发性眼睑痉挛(BSP)患者的明尼苏达多相人格特点及其与临床特征的关系。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格测试问卷(MMPI)对44例原发性眼睑痉挛患者和33例性别、年龄匹配的正常对照进行人格测验,计算效度量表3个因子和临床量表10个因子的分值,并将两组的数据进行比较分析,并且将患者的临床特征和量表得分进行相关性分析。结果原发性眼睑痉挛组患者的疑病(Hs)、抑郁(D)、癔症(Hy)、偏执(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂(Sc)因子分明显高于正常对照组,其中癔症(Hy)因子分大于60分,测图高峰依次为癔症(Hy)、抑郁(D)、疑病(Hs);且眼睑痉挛患者起病年龄和轻躁狂(Ma)因子分呈正相关,扬科维奇痉挛评分与装坏(F)、偏执(Pa)因子分、轻躁狂(Ma)因子分呈正相关。结论与对照组相比,BSP患者可能具有回避和躯体化的人格特点。Objective To explore the personality profile of patients with primary blepharospasm and its relationship with clinical characteristics. Methods The personality profiles of 44 patients with primary blepharospasm and 33 age-and-gender matched healthy controls were assessed by using Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（ MMPI） questionnaires. The scores of three validity scales and ten clinical scales were calculated and compared between these two groups. Then the relationship between those scales and clinical characteristics of patients with BSP were analyzed. Results In comparison with control group,Hs,D,Hy,Pa,Pt and Sc clinical scale scores of BSP patients were significantly higher. Among the clinical scales,Hy scale scores were higher than 60. The peak values of profiles were Hy,D,Hs scale scores in turn. There was a positive correlation between Ma scores and the age of onset in patients of BSP group. While there was positive correlation between Jankovic Rating Scale and F,Pa,Ma scales in BSP group. Conclusion BSP patients may have characteristics of avoidant and somatization personality.
