超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障患者的临床效果。方法此次研究选取2017年5月至2017年11月本院收治的100例(140眼)高度近视并白内障患者作为研究对象,依照就诊时间先后差异将100例患者(140眼)随机分为实验组和对照组进行分析,每组各50例(70眼)。对照组患者采用常规白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,实验组患者采用超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,术后比较两组患者视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果两组患者术后视力恢复效果比较,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,实验组也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障效果显著,能有效改善患者各临床症状,降低术后发生并发症的概率,治疗安全性较高,具有推广实践价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of high myopia and cataract patients. Methods This study selected in May 2017 to November 2017 in our hospital treated 100 cases（140 eyes） of high myopia and cataract patients as the research object, according to the time difference to 100 patients（140 eyes） were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group were analyzed, and each group of 50 cases（70 eyes）. The control group were treated by routine cataract extracapsular extraction with iol implantation therapy, the experimental group were treated by ultrasonic emulsification extraction with iol implantation therapy, comparing two groups of patients with postoperative visual acuity and complications. Results Two groups of patients with postoperative visual recovery effect, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）; The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the two groups was compared, and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use of ultrasonic emulsification excision combined iol implantation in the treatment of high myopia and cataract is effective, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the probability of the postoperative complications, and treatment of high security and practical value for popularization.
