摘  要:为了初步评价以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)结合以团队合作为导向的教学法(TBL)在兽医药物动力学实验教学中的应用效果,以西南大学动物科学学院2013级动物药学专业的本科生作为对照组(n=56),采用讲授式教学法(LBL)进行实验教学;以该学院2014级动物药学专业的本科生作为试验组(n=64),采用PBL结合TBL进行实验教学。结果表明:试验组学生对"兽医药物动力学"理论课程内容的掌握程度和实验操作能力明显优于对照组。说明PBL结合TBL是一种有效的兽医药物动力学实验教学方法。The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL) combined team-based learning(TBL)in veterinary pharmacokinetics experimental course. The lecture-based learning(LBL) was used to conduct experimental course for undergraduates(n= 56) majoring in animal pharmacy at College of Animal Science in Southwest University(control group). The method of PBL combined with TBL was used for the students(n = 64)(treatment group). The results showed that the experimental problem solving and theory mastery of students who experienced PBL combined with TBL were significantly better than control group. The results preliminary proved that PBL combined with TBL could be used as an effective method for veterinary pharmacokinetics experimental course.
