摘　　要：在中国融入经济全球化浪潮的过程中,市场经济不断推进、市场竞争不断加剧,企业财务风险越来越大。财务风险的预警问题已经被企业管理者以及利益相关人紧密关注。在信息技术高速发展的今天,软件预警成为财务风险预警的最为高效的方法。本文主要分析了财务风险产生的原因,以及解决的方案。重点分析了财务方面的各项参数对财务产生的各方面的影响。以及简要介绍了当今财务风险预警系统的发展现状和一些算法上的创新。In the process of China＇ s integration into the tide of economic globalization, the market economy continues to advance, market compe- tition continues to intensify, and corporate financial risks are increasing.The issue of early warning of financial risks has been concerned by corporate managers and stakeholders.In the rapid development times of information technology, software early waming has become the most efficient method of financial risk warning.And briefly introduced the development status of the current financial risk warning system and the innovation in algorithms.
