酵母菌0939-5对葡萄灰霉病菌抑制作用研究

摘  要:采用双皿对扣法和平板隔离对峙法研究了酵母菌0939-5对葡萄灰霉菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用,并根据其产生的挥发性物质,以活性炭处理检验其对葡萄灰霉病菌丝和分生孢子的抑制作用。结果表明,酵母菌0939-5产生的挥发性物质对葡萄灰霉病菌的生长(抑制率为71.59%)及其分生孢子(抑制率为99.33%)的萌发具有显著的抑制作用;添加活性炭吸附后,葡萄灰霉病菌菌丝的生长及分生孢子的萌发恢复了活性,显著降低了抑制作用。同时,酵母菌0939-5产生的挥发性物质对7种病原真菌也具有明显的抑制作用,尤其对棉花立枯丝核菌病菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)、棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahlia)的抑菌效果较好,其抑菌率达90.93%~94.00%。Inhibitory effect of yeast 0939-5 on mycelial growth and spore germination of Botrytis cinerea were studied by two-sealed-base-plates method and plate isolation-confrontation method, which tested the function of volatile organic com- pounds (VOCs) produced by the yeast controlled with activated carbon. The results showed that the VOCs had a significant inhibitory effect on growth of B. cinerea (with inhibition rate of 71.59%) and conidial germination (with inhibition rate of 99.33%). With adsorption of activated carbon, growth and conidial germination of B. cinerea resumed. And the VOCs also had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of seven kinds of pathogenic fungi. Especially, it had good anti-fungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, A lternaria solani, Magnaporthe oryzae and Verticillium dahlia, with the anti-fun- gal rates of 90.93%-94.00%.
