摘　　要：综述了甜菜粕在沼气生产、果胶提取、纳米纤维制备、制备复合包装膜和吸附剂等各领域的开发研究进展,以期为我国甜菜粕的开发研究提供参考。The advancee of development research of beet pulp in the fields of biogas production, pectin extraction, preparation of nanofiber and complex packing film, and adsorbing material was reviewed, to provide references for exploitation of beet pulp in China.
