心肺脑复苏与心肺复苏在心脏骤停急救中的应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较对心脏骤停患者急救过程中采取心肺脑复苏和心肺复苏手段的临床效果差异并寻求对患者更有利的急救手段。方法选择笔者所在医院急诊科2016年至2017年收治心脏骤停患者84例,以收治时间先后为准将其分组且各组有患者42例,分别为A组、B组,对应心肺脑复苏急救治疗、心肺复苏急救治疗。比较两种心脏骤停急救手段的效果差异。结果 A组患者抢救成功率显著高于B组,数据经统计学软件处理提示有意义(P<0.05);完成抢救后对患者各时间段进行GCS评分检测,A组患者各数据均优于B组,数据经统计学软件处理提示有意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏骤停患者选择心肺脑复苏急救方式对于患者生命保障有更加积极的价值,同时对复苏后预后质量也有临床意义,值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） and cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） in the emergency treatment of patients with cardiac arrest and to seek more favorable first aid for patients. Methods Select the author＇s hospital emergency department between 2016 and 2017, 84 patients admitted to cardiac arrest, admitted to the time and subject to its classification and 42 patients in each group, respectively group A, group B, corresponding to cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency treatment, CPR first aid treatment. Compare the effect of two cardiac arrest emergency measures. Results The success rate of salvage in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After the salvage, the GCS score of each group was detected, the data of group A were superior to those of group B, the data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The CPR emergency treatment for patients with cardiac arrest has a more positive value in the protection of patients＇ life, meanwhile it is also of clinical significance for the quality of prognosis after resuscitation, which is worthy of promotion.
