摘  要:川西北某地天然气开采产生的气田废水高含盐(氯化钠),高Ca^(2+),高Mg^(2+);同时还含有COD,氨氮,SS,H_2S等污染物,不能直接排放或回注矿井,会导致环境污染。本工程针对该类废水特点,采用石灰乳法和多效蒸发浓缩工艺,对NaCl和CaCl_2进行结晶固化分离,两种产品实现综合利用;同时也对COD,氨氮,SS,H_2S等污染物进行了综合治理,外排水各项指标满足国家《污水综合排放标准》要求。High salt (sodium chloride), high Ca^2+ and high Mg^2+ exist in the gas field produced by natural gas exploration in northwestern Sichuan province. It also contains pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS and H2 S, which cannot be discharged directly or back into the mine. They will result in environmental pollution. This project, according to the characteristics of this kind of wastewater, uses l ime-mi lk method and multi-ef fect evaporative concentration process to crystallize solidification separation of NaCl and CaCl2 , and achieves the comprehensive utilization of the two products. At the same time, the comprehensive treatment of pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS and H2 S has been carried out. The external drainage indexes meet the requirements of the national comprehensive effluent discharge standard.
