摘　　要：目的分析固定修复龈边缘与牙周组织健康。方法在2016年10月19日至2017年10月19日期间选取100例钴铬金属烤瓷冠修复手术患者为实验对象,且根据修复位置进行分组,即龈下组(45例)和齐龈组(55例),随后均进行牙体预备、印模和制作,最后评价两组牙周探诊深度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数。结果龈下组术后牙周探诊深度(3.86±0.19)mm高于齐龈组术后牙周探诊深度(2.41±0.52)mm。同时齐龈组牙龈指数(0.12±0.32)分、菌斑指数(0.33±0.58)分恢复情况优于龈下组牙龈指数(1.56±0.41)分、菌斑指数(1.78±0.62)分(P<0.05)。结论固定修复龈边缘与牙周组织健康存在一定关联性。Objective To analyze the health of fixed margins and periodontal tissues. Methods From October 19, 2016 to October 19, 2017, 100 patients with cobalt-chromium metal-fused-metal crown restoration were selected as experimental subjects, and the patients were grouped statistically, namely the subdiaphragmatic group（45 cases） and gingival group（55 cases）, followed by tooth preparation, impression and production, and finally evaluated the two groups of periodontal probing depth, gingival index, plaque index. Results The depth of postoperative probing depth（3.86±0.19） mm in the subdiaphragmatic group was higher than the periodontal probing depth（2.41±0.52） mm in the gingival group. At the same time, gingival group had better recovery of gingival index（0.12±0.32） and plaque index（0.33±0.58） than that of gingival group（1.56±0.41） and plaque index（1.78±0.62）（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the margin of fixed tendon repair and the health of periodontal tissue.
