摘　　要：全球化背景下,国际间的贸易、交流,以及商务活动普遍化进程不断加快,中国已经逐渐成为世界经济的领跑者。经济高速发展背景下,国家对复合型人才数量及质量要求日益提高。高素质教师队伍建设是影响商务英语专业人才培养及其专业发展的重要因素之一。本文拟以内容依托教学模式为指导,探讨商务英语教师专业发展中存在问题,提出商务英语教师发展的新思路。Under the background of globalization,the process of international trade,exchange and the generalization of business activities have been accelerating.China has gradually become the leader of the world economy.Under the background of rapid economic development,compound talents of high quality are continuously needed day by day.The construction of high-quality teachers is one of the most important factors that affect the cultivation of business English professionals and their professional development.With the Content-Based Instruction as a guide,the author of this article explores the problems within the professional development of business English teachers and provides some suggestions.
